IAF: That one year, like I said, is huge, it’s huge, just knowing what to expect, it’s not a new environment. I’m getting comfortable with the coaching and everything and the lifestyle. So it’s really big.
Hondo: They went out and got another Hawaiian, my friend, talk about what it feels with Dizon there next to you?
IAF: Oh its great, Hawaiian’s are taking over, I’m telling you. No, but it’s great to have him out here. I mean, I congratulated him. I can remember when I first came in, new place, new experience and I am going to help him out as much as I can to get used to it, but I’m still getting used to it myself.
Hondo: Obviously you were never fat, but it is very clear you’ve bulked up and are slimmer, talk about that.
IAF: Well you know in the off season, the season really never ends. You got to constantly work and if you want to be better than where you were last year, you know you got to be in better shape. I just dedicated myself to the weight room, hung out with Malcom, Jason, listened to those guys cause they know what they are doing. They got me to where I am at now.
Hondo: Last year in Green Bay, last game of the season, you said to me, next year is going to be different. Now you’re getting ready for next year, how is it going to be different?
IAF: I’m going to bring forth everything I’ve got. This year is a really big year, you know, I’m just going to come in here, and do as best I can and run through the wall like a train. I’m just going to go, I’m just going to go, let it, let it loose, like Marinelli says, you just can’t hold back, don’t think too much, just go.
